She took the time to understand my pregnancy and health, explained what the class would involve, and patiently answered all my questions.
The floor workouts have been a blessing ever since, and I look forward to them each week. Laura encourages me to listen to my body and adjust the intensity and number of reps based on how I feel. Her expertise reassures me that the exercises are safe during pregnancy.
Although I wasn’t fit when I started, the gentle exercises Laura prepares each week have made a noticeable difference in a short time. I now have more stamina and can handle more tasks around the house. Each session leaves me feeling upbeat and energised, which has greatly improved my mental health. It feels wonderful to do something so beneficial for both myself and the baby.”
