Free activities to help you stay active during and after pregnancy.

Healthy Mums offers welcoming activities designed to help you keep moving, build confidence and connect with others during pregnancy and after having your baby.

Bump Boost and Healthy Mums Walk are free to attend thanks to programme funding. You do not need to be a Your Space member to take part.

Good Boost

Gentle, guided exercise to support mobility, strength and confidence.

Good Boost uses tailored exercises and tablet-based guidance to help you move at a level that feels suitable for you. Sessions are supported by trained staff, so you will not be left to work things out alone.

Guided movement to help you manage everyday discomfort.

How to get started

Getting access to a programme and reserving your session are two separate steps. Follow the process below to secure your place.

Download the app

Download the Your Space app, then create a free Mywellness account or sign in to your existing account.

Get access

Choose the programme and location you want to attend. Some programmes are free, while others require you to get or purchase a pass first.

Book your session

Once you have access, choose an available session in the app and reserve your place. Sessions can be booked up to seven days in advance and are subject to availability.

Important: having a pass or free programme access does not automatically reserve a place. You must also book the session you want to attend through the Your Space app.

Is Good Boost free for Your Space members?

Yes. Good Boost is free for active Your Space members. Non-members can attend for £10 per session or purchase a 6-session pass for £60.

Are Bump Boost and Healthy Mums Walk free?

Yes. Both activities are free to attend. You do not need to be a Your Space member to take part.

Why do I need a pass if Healthy Mums is free?

The free pass gives your Mywellness account access to book the relevant Healthy Mums sessions through the Your Space app. There is no charge when you get the pass.

Does getting access reserve my place?

No. After getting the relevant programme access or pass, you must book your chosen session separately through the Your Space app.

How far in advance can I book?

Sessions can be booked up to seven days in advance and are subject to availability.

Can I attend without booking?

Walk-in places can only be offered when spaces remain. We recommend booking in advance through the app to avoid disappointment.

Is there a member discount for Lower Back and Neck Pain?

Yes. The standard price is £60 for six sessions. Eligible Your Space members can receive the £45 member price using code BACKPAIN06.

What happens if a session is full?

Choose another available session through the Your Space app. Having programme access or a valid pass does not guarantee availability for a particular date or time.
